I want extend appreciation and recommendation for Krystal Kolnik.   Krystal has recently helped us sell our home in Capri and she has been a fantastic agent to work with. She came in full of energy and enthusiasm and immediately we realised she has her finger on the pulse of the real estate market. She has an immense market knowledge and so it was not hard for us to trust her with the task of selling our home. Her instincts were on point and very quickly we had a buyer and a signed offer to purchase. Krystal was always readily available to answer any questions we had during this process.  Her friendly, positive attitude made her a pleasure to work with. We can highly recommend Krystal to anyone who is serious about selling their home, as she will get the results you are looking for.   Thank you for a really positive experience. 

We would just like to give a much deserved shout-out to Krystal! From the word 'go' she was extremely professional and responsive. I wish to express my sincere gratitude to Krystal for her professionalism, high work ethic and friendliness during these last two and a half months that I have had dealings with her. I contacted her in July to enquire whether she would be willing to sell my house, given her excellent track record in Capri, the area that I lived in until recently. Without hesitation, she jumped at the opportunity. I was really impressed with Krystal from the outset as I felt that I was her most important client. With Krystal's help and vigorous marketing she managed to achieve the impossible by selling my home within a week after advertising it. I was pleasantly surprised as I had expected the process to take considerably longer. I so appreciate the time that she took to make a few house visits to get an understanding of how things worked around my home. With her notebook and pen she took the necessary notes to ensure that her buyer would have a seamless transition into his new home. This was a positive reinforcement for me at the seriousness of her making both the buyer and myself happy. On the day that I moved out of my home I made a turn at her office to hand over my house keys for the final time. I was impressed to see that Krystal had her portfolio ready for the new home owner which included the OTP plus other documents that she had obtained over this period. I knew that the buyer was in great hands and I am sure that he would have welcomed her commitment and enthusiasm when he arrived at his new home. 

We would like to sing a song of praise for Krystal Kolnik.  She got us a cash buyer and the house was sold in under 6 months and within 3 months thereafter, the property had been written over to the new owner. Seamless it was, effortless most definitely not.  Krystal waded through it all level headed, friendly, helpfully and most capable at all times and went far beyond reasonable expectations to be of assistance, help and support also for us as a family by being so extremely positive, upbeat and competent. What an asset to Jawitz and here's to Krystal's life slogan 'ONWARDS and UPWARDS'.

Today I received the wonderful news that a Capri property in Cape Town, has been transferred into my name. It has been a complicated process as it is a deceased estate situation.  From the first contact we had with Krystal until today, it has been a pleasure working with her. She made it clear at the outset that the process would be complex because of the deceased estate.  Krystal did not "disappear" once the OTP was signed, continually checking to see if there is anything she can do. Krystal has facilitated discussions between myself and the executers professionally often making suggestions which have resulted in agreeable outcomes for both parties. It was such a wonderful moment when Krystal had literally laid out the red carpet for us when we arrived from JNB, this small gesture meant so much to us. Good Job Krystal - you are great.
