It was during lockdown in April 2020 that my husband and I first got to know Madelyn.  We had been searching for a house in the Wilderness, Hoekwil area and came across a house in Hoekwil.  We were very interested in the house, and even though it meant that Madelyn had to go and take videos of the house inside and out to send to us as we were not able to travel down to come and look at houses, Madelyn went the extra mile and took loads of photos and videos to send to us.  Madelyn was very honest with us about the flaws in the house and even gave us the number of a builder that we could speak to about the flaws, everything that she did she was up front and very honest.  Madelyn helped us through the whole process of buying the property over the phone.  We only saw the property for the first time on the 29th of  September 2020 and it was everything and more that what Madelyn had promised.  I would only recommend Madelyn to assist with the buying of a property in this area, she is honest and is a person of her word and goes above and beyond to ensure that her clients are satisfied.  We have become very good friends and to this day Madelyn helps and assists us with getting to know people and the area.  Thank you Madelyn for helping us find our forever home and for being such a beautiful person.

I have known Madelyn Kohler for 20 odd years now and for most of this time she has been an active estate agent in the Wilderness area.   On several occasions in the last 7 years or so I have been personally involved with her while she carried out her work as an estate agent.   I can confirm that Madelyn is conscientious, careful and very considerate in all her dealings with her clients.  She has always listened to her clients and noted their requirements and carried out her duties correctly and in terms of the Estate Agency Affairs Board requirements, and she also has always done this in a warm and loving manner.  I have never seen her to be commission driven or to let her opinions override those of her clients.  She has never failed to answer any correspondence directed to her.  Madelyn also handles her Estate Agency Affairs Board trust account in an exemplary manner.
