Our property was just sold by Ashe and Morne. We emigrated to the UK in August last year and had another agency on a sole mandate, but they failed to get us any solid leads. When we moved over, I reached out to Ashe through a mutual contact and Ashe got in touch and was sure he would sell our property.
The house was left vacant from August, Ashe and Morne kept in constant communication, even when it got to a point where we were deciding to rent the property to help support with costs they assured us not to give up hope. They arranged for the property to be cleaned inside and when there was a bad dust storm and they had a showing, Ashe took it upon himself to hose down the outside of the property! We have not witnessed such hands-on property specialists that treated the sale with such care and dedication.
I only wish was that we signed them on sooner!

As a first time home seller, Morne guided us through every step, answering all of my questions and nothing was too much for him. I have a very different personality to the buyer, but Morne shielded me as best he could and came to the house every time the buyer wanted to look at something.
