Towards the end of 2020 we were considering properties in Fairland. We contacted 13 agents from a number of realtors, one of them being Paulianna Duckworth.
Her responses were quick and we soon realised that she understood our specific requirements as an elderly couple, contemplating a move from a golf estate in Parys (Free State) due to medical reasons. She found us a simplex property in no time (we are still to hear from most of the other 12 agents!!),whilst being pricier than we contemplated, it did tick all our boxes (other than having a swimming pool!).
This all happened in the middle of December and she managed to get the offer to purchase signed by both parties at 17h30 on 24 December 2020. If this is not true customer service!
