I had been looking since September but even by November, I struggled to find a place in SeaPoint within my budget (there has been so much price gouging with rentals, especially with the December holidays around the corner).
My mom connected with Ms.Kruyer and explained the situation and in under 24 hours I had secured this very lovely apartment across the road from the beach! A reasonably priced Seapoint apartment which is also 5 minutes from my daughter's school.
