Three phase electricity (Eskom) is delivered via overhead powerline to the property.
A rail line runs in front of the property. A station exists some 250M from the front gate, however buildings on the station are in ruinous condition. Passenger and heavy goods Trains run daily on the rail line. Passenger trains stop at the station daily.
The property is fenced on the perimeter and accessed by a wide steel sliding gate to the tar road.
There is one residence (4 bed) at the front gate of some 300sq m, being facebrick under IBR ZincAlum roof.
The climate is Mediterranean with winter rain. Max summer temps reach 43 deg C. Some morning Frosts take place in mid late winter. No snow falls. Rainfall is 450mm average.
The soil is a rich high clay soil with excellent growths of natural unirrigated grasses.
There are three dams/natural waterholes on the property that have water, normally year-round for the cattle. No irrigation is practised. Minimal herbicides, and no pesticides, algaecides, or fertilisers etc are applied.
The property has a wide range of possible uses as per the current commercial zoning certificate (available).
