This was Home for 24 years and the family now needs to start to a new chapter. Ready for you and your Family to start making happy memories. As I arrive at the Home, I’m greeted with pure bliss and birds chirping. 3 Automated garages and a water feature by the front door. To my left is the staircase with a mini wine cellar hidden below the stairs. Also to my left is the Guest WC and entrance to the garages. The garages are extra-long, has storage and you could also have space for a work bench. 2 of the garages is Hollywood that enables you to drive though to the back yard.
Back in the house, you have 3 living areas that can be opened or closed, but all interlink with the kitchen. Out of the tub now, turn to your left to the Walkin cupboards and dresser. For the purpose of measuring the space in the bedroom, the bed is a King extra-long. Past the bed is a small room, currently used as a private study and has a balcony too BUT for the new family this could be an excellent space for the newborn for a few months.
There are staff shower, toilet outside and space to build a staff room. The building plans are up to date and the owner has made provision for a swimming pool on the plans already, should you want one.
